If player declares mahjong by their own draw, ten (10) points are added to score.
If player declares mahjong with no jokers, ten (10) points are added to score. Exception: No bonus points for Singles-Pairs group.
If player throws winning tile to player with zero to two exposures, no penalty.
If player throws the winning tile to a player with three or more exposures, there will be a ten (10) point penalty (deduct 10 points from game score).
If there is a wall game, each player will receive ten (10) points. However, if a player's hand had previously been declared "dead", player gets zero points for a wall game.
If a round is not completed within its time limit, each player will receive zero (0) points for the last game of the round.
Scorecards are considered final once verified at the table. There will not be any changes to scorecards after verification has occurred.
If there are questions about a rule during play please consult a judge immediately. Judges will not intervene to change a decision made by the table after the game ends.
